The food is good as always, the service is very good ...as always... But this time my server was exceptional! It made breakfast with my brother and daughter an experience, example? I had o.j with my breakfast and later I asked for a coffee cup.. when she brought it to me it was hot! This gal warmed it up before she gave it to me! That's a 100% tip! Thank you for the service. I see you!

Tonight I tried to go there and enjoy a late night dinner with my Friend and Medical alert service dog. We were greeted by a really friendly male and we’re seated fairly quickly. Upon being seated my friend and I were so caught up in talking I had noticed it had been around 10 minutes and no one had come to our table. That’s when I realized the table behind us got seated before us and the server was helping them. And I though okay no worries I’m sure they will be over after them. The server looked at us and walked away. This is when I started feeling extremely uncomfortable. The server walked over to the other server and they started to point and talk about us. I had to get out. I felt so beyond unwelcome all because I am disabled and have a service dog. They kept smiling and point like we were a Circus. The servers refused to serve us. That is when I no longer felt comfortable and left as I was paranoid that they would tamper with our food. “If we ever had someone come to the table” I have been there before with my service dog. And no problems. I know big corporations don’t care about losing a customer but it’s so disappointing to see how they treat the disabled community. I highly urge any disabled individual/ service dog handler to avoid the I hop chains. Such a disappointment

I was so hungry for some pancakes. Went in here, ordered a short stack. The guy who sat me and ended up waiting on me was nice, but not a very good server. He didn't have a name tag on so I don't know his name. My pancakes were doughy they weren't cooked near enough. I ordered an iced tea and it tasted like it sat in the container for a week. After he brought my food he never came back to see if anything was okay. I ate it because I was hungry, but I didn't drink the tea and he should have taken it off of my bill but he did not. I won't go back

As we entered, we had to wait a long time to be seated, as staff just looked at us. Not once we're we told that they would be right with us. Our waitress, Isabelle, (Server #185 Table #73.1) Did not serve us our coffee, she never asked if we would like cream or sugar. We had to go back to the kitchen area to ask for it. We were never asked if we wanted refills. We had to go to the kitchen again to get a straw, that we requested but she never brought.Toward the end of our meal was when she asked if we needed anything else. Which was kind of too late. The restaurant wasn't that busy, we had to wait and they were just super slow with our food and service.

It is nice to be able to go here early morning after my night shift and have breakfast with my friend. I am glad for a 24 hour sit down place being available. Steak is always good and how I want it. One minor thing to point out is my curiosity with the menu at that time of morning. The one side has breakfast and the other has a late night menu. Is it a typo to charge 12.99 for 6 pieces of mozzarella sticks? I find it funny they cost as much as many of the other entrées and meals when they should be like a 5 dollar appetizer.

Was here quite late at night after a concert at the 1stbank center (which is very close by) Naturally a lot of the concert-goers flood to this place afterwards for some late-night food. Was definitely a bit busy but didn't wait too long for a table. Service was decently fast and the food was excellent. Will definitely make a habit of stopping here for food after events. Hits the spot!
