Kt's Bbq

The BBQ is okay for a quick stop in and bite. The ribs left a lot to be desired, they had very little meat and did not taste fresh. The sauces could definitely use some work. The heavy vinegar flavor came through way too much. This was the first BBQ place where my daughter and I didn’t finish our plates.

I love KT's. I've been eating at KT's for over 20 years. This evening, 4:45, Dec 4, 2018, was the absolute worst I've ever seen. The food was mediocre, cold and dryed up. What I ordered should likely not have been served, as it was not being held to temps required. The young man behind the counter was rude, and would not respond to simple questions unless confronted and asked several times. The counters were not just messy from a "rush" as he exclaimed to me but covered with all types of food, in what was obvious a lack of any inclination to "clean as you go". There was a half eaten pizza in an open pizza box from another restaurant right in the front food prep/service area, and visible from the service counters.When the female employee tried to ring up the sale, the credit card machine didn't work so she said it was free...which was a good thing because it was inedible. The quality of food and service at this location had has been in decline for some time now, and I won't return to this location anytime soon.

KT’s BBQ is unmatched! Their pulled pork, brisket, potatoes, and green chili are the best, you are not going to find barbecue close to this anywhere else. Even ordering large to go orders and eating it as leftovers, it’s delicious. Their barbecue sauces are so flavorful and perfectly spiced. This location is always fast and the staff members are always so friendly! One of our favorite spots for sure.

We were super hopeful but... This was our first time trying it and we were disappointed. We ordered chicken, brisket, and links and everything was really dry. I couldn't believe that links could be dry but all the food appeared to have been on a steam table (or some other warmer) way too long. The brisket had an especially sad appearance - no burnt ends and/or visible smoke rings. It looked far closer to dried out pot roast. The sauces were flavorful and we appreciated the spiciness of the hot, which is actually hot. We may give it one more shot considering all of the other good reviews.

The staff are so kind and detailed in explaining their meats and sides. I had the ribs and pulled pork with mashed potatoes, coleslaw and cornbread. It was amazing!!! The cornbread could use a little more flavor but it was perfectly cakey and a little sweet, yum. My brother had the brisket burnt ends with green chili (the best), beans and cornbread. He enjoyed every last bite. I also tried the mini key lime pie, which was a small but delightful treat for only $2.25 I believe. I loved that I could get something sweet without a huge cost. This is our new favorite BBQ spot. You should check it out.
