Five Guys

We arrived at about 1:30. Nobody in line. A few people were waiting on food. Store was clean. I got a blt. It was okay. Basic. Came on a burger bun. Ton of bacon. Didn't love it on a burger bun. Too much bread. Hubby got the little cheeseburger. We asked if they had buns without seeds. They don't . But they suggested two bottom buns. That was nice. Hubby can't digest nuts and seeds. We got a large fry. That's like 40 potatoes! Haha. So many fries. It's odd. They put them in a cup and then dump 3 more cups worth of fries in the bag. Lol. Good food.

This is supposed to be a lettuce wrap burger. The new slogan, “where’s the lettuce”. One small, wilted piece. Terrible service. This place is going down hill. I can only assume a change in management to match the lack of quality control and courteous customer service. Smh. What a shame. The staff was more concerned about some “ secret shopper” coming in a few minutes earlier than serving the customer in front of them. Our order was incorrect and after 25 minutes we still left with an incorrect order.

You’ve read the reviews. This place is as awesome as the community says it is. I come here like every other day, make the same order, and not once has the service been bad. They pretty much know me by name and my order is ready and fresh EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! I order online and in about 6 minutes or so, it’s ready for pickup. Great atmosphere to sit in and eat as well. Great service, Great food, speedy delivery, what else is there!
