The Bistro

Good food. Excellent staff! Cute place. Was a little disappointed to find they changed the menu and no longer have the hummus appetizer, wraps, and paninis. I went there specifically for something a vegan like me could eat. Was able to find a couple items I could eat and the chef gladly accommodated my requested variation. Hubbie had the meatloaf special and cauliflower soup and said it was good. Prices were reasonable.

We had Catherine and the Bistro cater the appetizers and bridal suite food for our wedding and they knocked it out of the park! Everything they make has great flavor and the presentation was awesome We look forward to going back whenever we're in Brooksville. Catherine and her team were a pleasure to work with!

So we visited tonight, probably one of the busiest nights in Brooksville. Understandably, there was a wait. But it was less than 10 minutes. We ended up taking 2 seats at the bar. The staff was GREAT, and even though they seemed short staffed and/or just super busy, kept smiling, and checking on us the entire time to see if we needed anything. Now to the food. To sum it up in one word, AMAZING!!! We had heard that their brick oven pizza was good, but let me tell you, it was SO good!!! Very flavorful and really good size. We also got the cowboy burger that was just as good. This was our first time there and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

1st time trying The Bistro. Hands down one of if not the best in the county. Beautiful decor, lightening fast service and best of all delicious food. pretzel. Awesome Tomato Caprese pizza. Awesome Merlot Pot Roast. Double awesomeness And the melting chocolate cake. Great people , great service. Definitely returning.

In town to visit friends for the weekend and popped into this gem for what we thought would be a little snack. Little did I know what a great find was tucked into the side street. The fried greens tomatoes were seriously the best ever!! Fungi pizza absolutely delicious. Service was awesome, great prices, a must go to spot if you're in the area! I will be back

I brought my grandson in just to spend a little one on one time . BIG MISTAKE! The host got our drinks and was so pleasant. We literally sat there forever waiting on server. There was all of 3 tables with 2 people at each. The server finally came over and acted as though we were interrupting her day! Extremely unprofessional! Actually put her hand on her hip when we went to order. It really disgusted me how unprofessional she was so paid for our drinks and left. I own a business and would never have anyone like this in my establishment no matter how desperately I needed someone. Will never go back here ever again! Maybe she should take some of that money she spent on the awesome tattoos she has and take customer service classes! She’s definitely in the wrong field of work. So took my grandson to Main Street Eatery and had a wonderful time and customer service was 5 star! Thank you Main Street Eatery. Might want to send her to them for training ! Or have her shadow your hostess because she’s definitely got skills!
