They are always going the extra mile for their customers. I can always rely on excellent customer service and a warm welcome. The manager and all staff are attentive, kind, and excellent baristas. My coffee/tea/hot chocolate is always on point and I don’t like going to any other Starbucks in the area.... this is the one! If you’re around and you need a pick-me-up, this is the spot.

Stuff is very pleasant and knowledgeable. They know their products very good. And do they job very well. Drinks are done the way they should be compare to Starbucks on Kingshighway and Brighton.

I've waited more than 15 minutes for a mobile order multiple times, had my order made wrong, and got there to find out they ran out of cups? All those times I didn't mind because the staff is always so nice and really do try their best. Today I'm walking in to grab my order and the manager tells me no dogs. Other locations insist on giving a treat for your dog while the manager at this one wants to kick you out.

I’m a frequent customer at this Starbucks and their commitment to the neighborhood is at its best. The baristas are very friendly and welcoming every single time. The first barista that took the time to get to know me was Jes. I’m really grateful for their help and service. Happy to continue being a regular at this location.

I ordered chai latte and it tasted like they didn’t add much chai in it. Conclusion of that was drinking warm milk. I don’t know if it was because of barista or Starbucks policy because of COVID. The only positive experience was lady at the door.

I had a caramel mocha frappacanio which was not the best I've had but the store was well maintained and I enjoyed the decor. I would recommend this Starbucks.
