Mermaid Spa

The review is not about amenities which are fine, but about the service. Staff is rude and shady. Where in the world except maybe in Russia will you be mandated to give up upon entry something of value for the joint to hang on to as a collateral or they wont let you in? I asked what do they consider valuable and the lady replied "car keys", "cash and wallet from your pocket", "jewelry" and etc. I presume this is done instead of holding your credit card as a deposit for food and drinks service while inside. Hilarious. Then friends of mine bough bath broom and it was stolen. The employees who initially insisted the brooms are safe and did not allow the bucket for soaking the broom to be moved to your table for safekeeping, once the broom was stolen, later claimed they're not responsible. There got to be places better than this, run by human beings who are not mentally damaged by Perestroyka. P.S. since I can't reply to the "owner" directly. The Spa's reply is golden:)
