Burger King

Hubby took me here for my bday, and it was delicious. The decor is very old world steak house dark and rich. The filet was very good, and an added bonus is we stayed behind after dinner to have drinks and listen to live piano music and singing. Hubby even requested a song that I wanted. Heart him :)

Horrible staff. Horrible service. They should wear their mask over their noses & mouths, not under their chins. And they need to stop laughing & talking over people food. When I witnessed all this going on, I canceled my order, & walked out. A Supervisor or Manager needs to come to this location, & fix all of these issues. I'm sure there's a lot more, that I didn't observe. The employees are extremely unprofessional, & behave as if their just hanging out on the block. Smh.

It there was a prize for the worst fast food place, this Burger King branch would certainly win the it as the worst ever. It took me only 20 minute just to order my food. The cashier took his sweet time, although there was a long line of people waiting to order, and flirted and female customers as long as he wanted. The have taken the " fast" out of fastfood. And then when I asked for a frozen drink, which they widely advertise all over the store on menus abs windows etc,. " sorry, the machine dont work". This place is a night mare, a slow fastfood joint that's terribly managed.

I ordered through online and when my order got here it was honestly a disappointment. I ordered a sandwich and the bun had mold on it. I don’t understand how they would let something like that be given to a customer. Like do they not check the buns?? Did they not see it, cause I sure did. I was too scared to eat it. The meat was burnt. And they forgot one of my orders. Never ordering from here again.

Best Burger King franchise. I’m a middle school teacher and ordered 60 whoppers for my kids. The general manager and the other employees were extremely professional, kind, and easy to work with! There was a slight mixup with my order but they handled the situation with grace. I pledge my loyalty to the hardworking folks of this Burger King.
