Domino's Pizza

Both cooks were preparing food with their masks down and no gloves. They pulled them above their mouths (not noses) when they came up to the window to run my card but I don't feel awesome about eating food prepared with no attention to safety precautions with nearly 5.5k new covid cases in NYC yesterday alone.

I ordered a pizza for pick up online. I arrived a little early, so I waited in my car right outside of the store. Looking through the window I can see the person making pizzas was not wearing a mask. A few minutes later I entered the store. The aforementioned pizza maker greets me at the window still not wearing a mask. When I asked him about it, he gave me some lame excuse that he has to do everything in the store and wearing a mask hinders him. While he's taking care of my payment at the register, he's playing with his saliva on his lips. Never again.

Delivery man refuses to leave pizza with doorman. Wants to me to come out in the rain while I was on a work call and couldn’t. Called the store and manager giving me explanation about their policies and covid (bullshit), basically forces me to come in direct contact with their delivery man exposing me, completely irresponsible and unsafe during this time (they have to check them). Showed his anger at me over the phone. No contact free delivery.

This location has employees JOKING about not wearing masks and gloves - while the food is being made and sent out. I ordered from here for pickup, watched in horror as an unmasked man made the food and another unmasked man took it out of the oven and shoved it (gloves-less) into the box. Demanded a refund and left hungry. Very disturbing! The corporate office should be reprimanding these types of offenders.
