There was one worker a female named Zarina I think she was amazing gave me exactly want I wanted and the male that worked with her gave great ice cream to my little sister. They were really friendly and the coffee and ice cream was amazing honestly they deserve a raise if possible.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The meal was fresh and taste great. There is more than enough round to seat and stay. They also work hard to keep the place clean, as I enter the establishment. It’s summer so stop an try some of there ice cream before you get on the train to Coney Island.

Bathrooms are not open. You can't even wash hands before you buy coffee or sandwich. That's so ghetto.

Really laid back atmosphere at this location, and the cashiers are very attentive to your order. They could improve the hygiene in the bathrooms, and renovate the place, but overall a great place to get coffee and donuts/bagels/icecream.

Why don’t you hire more employees? Or at least make them work a little faster? They always look like they are falling asleep and that makes people stay in a line for 15-20 minutes like it’s fine dining.
