Bay Bagels

I really wish customer service improved in this place. I think they are very very over priced with a very bad service in the morning. We usually buy around 6am during the week and have gotten our orders wrong 3 times already. We keep going there because that would be the only place open for coffee around us at that time but really hoped they improved with kindness and some how lowered their prices.

I've always been satisfied with service and the food was always fresh. However, today the employee got extremely annoyed with me because he had not prepared my order as requested. I should have gotten a picture of him to post. I am lucky to be employed and he should feel the same about his being employed. He turned nasty after I brought up the fact that the order was incorrect, even though I accepted it as he had already finished making it. I know several others who have stopped going to this store for the same reasons. I hope things will get better.

The bagels are good but i will no longer spend money here. It's the middle of a pandemic, someone walks in without a mask & I let the staff know that they shouldn't be serving customers who are not wearing masks.... That person leaves & another person walks in without a mask.. Staff says nothing, just takes the order. Everyone else in the store is wearing a mask. Apparently the staff could care less. Unfortunately I'll have to find a new store.

Staff always has a nasty attitude. They mess up your order and say that they didn’t. The Latino guy at the counter who’s in his 30s has tried to ask my 16 year old sister for her number twice and she no longer feels comfortable walking into the store by herself. They all speak Spanish as well and every time someone orders in Spanish they pretend not to understand while speaking to each other in Spanish. Everything is overpriced too.
