Today I go with my friend to this place the guy the was take the order was so rude with me and my friend I ask like how long it will take to the food to be ready I was waiting for him to said maybe like 10 or 15 minutes or ask to the people in the kitchen and his answer was that I have to wait no matter how long it take and them my friend ask if they have frozen coconut drink he said that if she want coconut drink to go to the deli to buy coconut juice what going on with this guy ... I do not recommend this place with people like him... this guy was a tall guy.... the short guy is very nice but the another tall guy that work in the front desk is disrespectful and nasty talking no good for work with customers....

Love the people and the atmosphere. If you want good mexican food in Brooklyn, this is def the spot you want to hit!!!! Loved the staff and the food is so delicious you will leave only wanting more. For sure coming back for another great time with friends and family and such an amazing staff.

Good food (start with the elote, it's absolutely delicious!) Yummy drinks, and great service. Very happy with my first experience at VeraCruz and will definitely be back.

I love this place so much but theres seems to be a person that always argues with people that sit in his " table" very rude and disrespectful to everyone but besides this fool that hangs there pestering great food and services and great people I totally recomend this place the food is to die for but get rid of that guy but it's not Steve
