After coming here once in a while, it comes with a load of expectations for this restaurant, though this visit is a special one. We've known this restaurant for both their sashimis and main dishes, but an exchange of chefs have only elevated this restaurant even more. You'd imagine that the fatty tuna, along with the beef liver, wouldn't be exuding a great scent. Not only does it have a great scent, the rice today harmonized with the fish itself. The clam soup could've never been better, with every one of my family members claiming it as their favorite dish of the day. All this to say, this place is a must try. After eating at so many Asian fusion restaurants, this return has made my next the more anticipated.

Highly impressed with the two specialty rolls I got: the volcano roll and the devil’s roll. Safe to say top sushi had across major cities. Fried rice is on point. One thing, stay away from the chicken teriyaki stuff, it’s assembled from disappointing pre-made components.

We have food allergies in our family, so eating anywhere other than home can be...difficult. Asea Fusion has always been very accommodating, packaging the peanut avocado rolls separate from other sushi we order so there's no issues with cross contamination. We've also ordered delivery before, when the family member with allergies wasn't around, and they remembered us and asked about any possible allergy issues while ordering. If you have to live with food allergies, then you know that a lot of people and places can be very dismissive, will refuse to check ingredients with the chef, won't agree to package or plate anything separately, etc., so finding a place that is understanding feels like a godsend. Delivery is also (generally) very fast, unless it's Friday or Saturday evenings.
