A small convenience store that sells a variety of items you may need on the go. And convenient it sure is.
There are a lot of asian variety of snacks and chips as well as containers of ramen. They also have hot food at certain times as well. All in all a nice little place to drop by if you need something small to eat in the go.
Prices seem reasonable.

I like the store but its is never open at the times listed on the door. Went there today at 7:30 am and the door was locked. Also somedays I've been there around 7pm even though the hours says it closes at 9pm and its closed. This is ridiculous.

Pro: friendly staff. Location
Con: lack in items and supplies... they always "run out" ie. They ran of milk for coffee multiple times, hours are limited, they use cheap containers that does not fit. For example i like to order ice coffee to get my day started and they serve it in cups that are flimsy (mean oj ngif you have a little strong grip your drink WILL spill) and the lid doesn't fit cause you drink to spill out on the corners. My advice ask for a double cup
