Came in at 8:55, the smaller brown lady told me to get out Bc they were closed WHILE SHE WAS RINGING SOMEONE ELSE OUT. If it says you close at 9, close at 9

Incorrect phone number listed here. Their ice cream selection is extremely limited and the flavors never match the name above them. Most importantly they can be doing nothing behind the counter and will not come over to take your order but are pricier than locations in midtown.

I've been a loyal Baskin robbins customer for over 25 years. This particular location always run out of items for their sundaes. No bananas. No almonds. And I love almonds on my ice cream. And when did they change the Banana Royal cup. Its so tiny now. Nothing can fit. Less ice cream. Higher prices.

Horrible customer service in the store, no one answers the phone when calling, etc. If you do not enjoy what you do, please do not take it out on the customers. Get it together.
