I was staying nearbye and was able to walk there, so I have it a try. 7:30 on a Sunday night, I spent an nearly an hour there and didn't see another customer. Dramatic difference from Peaches Hot House barely a mile away. I ordered the "Pickeld Jalapeno Fried Chicken", server told me it takes 25 minutes, and I agreed. 25 minutes later it arrived, half a bird, not cut into parts, all still on the frame. I cut into it and the inside was mostly very undercooked, server agreed and took it back to the kitchen. 10+ minutes later it returned, the side of bread pudding had clearly cooled and been re-warmed as the outside was dried out. Chicken wing tasted of carbon or ash from overcooking, breast meat was dry and over cooked, skin was to over-cooked to be tasty, no evidence of "pickled jalapeno" anything. Should have gone with Kennedy Fried Chicken around the corner, faster, cheaper, less dried out. They gave me a discount on my bill, but I'm not inclined to try again. Peaches Hot House prices, less than Kennedy fast food quality, and B health grade on the door, now I know why it was so easy to get a seat at weekend dinner time.

Definitely 5 stars the food was great! I wish the wings were a little more crispy but they weren't soggy whatsoever. They have a bunch of juices that are amazing as well (they do not serve alcohol). The owner is health focused, but I was told you can BYOB if you want. Will go back again with my flask I'm hand haha.

Let's start with the positive: Incredible service, great selection of mocktails, delicious biscuits, and yummy dessert. I have been to New Orleans over 5 times. I love the food and was looking forward to LOVING Biyou, but the Shrimp and Grits were an utter disappointment. The grits were far from creamy. The shrimp was overcooked and the sauce was flavorless. I dont know one place in Nola that would have served there grits. Jimbos has better grits... JIMBOS! I will go back for mocktails ans biscuits but that's it!

If you haven't heard or gone to this place it's a hidden gem right in Bed-Stuy that brings all of NOLA'S favors with it. From the little bits to the amazingly plated entrees to the delicious desserts and yes they have beignets 🤯🤯. Go and eat a meal from NOLA without boarding a plane. The service was amazing and the drinks eventhough non-alcoholic were delicious. ENJOY😋😋😋😋😋

We were expecting tested, flavor and exotic food but didn’t happen. Jambalaya was just rice with 2 shrimp and maybe 4 peace of sausages.

Nice place to eat! Love the decor and the waitress was very sweet! My 5 year old son LOVED the macaroni and cheese while I enjoyed the blackened catfish. To start, we had the fried okra and we enjoyed that as well. Lastly, we took home bread pudding and apple pie (for my mother) and each was tasty.

I just had an absolutely amazing brunch here! Where to even start? The staff were amazing: friendly, helpful, kind, and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything is made in house. No, seriously, everything. I had the biscuits with TRUFFLE/HONEY BUTTER and 2 delicious jams, made in house, of course. Then the blackened flank steak, off of the chef’s recommendation: tender and wildly flavorful meat in a delicious blackened sauce over jalapeño cornbread. I ordered the beignets and the bread pudding to eat later for dessert. And they were both excellent. Overall a well balanced and delightful meal. The restaurant decor is also really lovely.

A cozy little Cajun soul spot in the heart of Bed- Stuy came highly recommended. I checked it out on Friday evening(6pm) before the dinner crowd. Cini my server welcomed me with a big smile and directed me to sit. Hungry but not famished, so I ordered the fried okra with tomato red peppers aioli pimento and a kale salad with candied walnuts, goat cheese, blueberries with a strawberry lime vinaigrette. Didn't order a beverage this trip, though they all sounded refreshing. Needless to say, I ate every morsel. Jazz music in the background. Toasty and cozy ambiance. Bathroom like the comforts of home. A great place to celebrate any occasion. Can't wait to venture back with some friends to celebrate an occasion.
