Cream is my and my husband's favorite coffee spot in Bay Ridge. We fear for the day we move out of our apartment and aren't a 2 minute walk away. The Vanilla Oat milk Latte is the best and their fresh croissants are always a good choice.

Im a customers for almost an year now and i mean there coffee and drinks are fantastic. But they are super cheap on my drinks, they like to pour my drink not at the top top, I payed for what I want, I want less ice, gives me more ice. This is a small business number one and they can't even listen, and if u ask these request, the other employees are just staring and judging u making me very uncomfortable.

If the word "cute" can be applied to a gourmet coffee & tea shop, then Cream is the place. There is such a homey, cheerful atmosphere here. The doughnuts, ice cream sandwiches and the delicious Hair Bender Coffee are top class. The barristas are knowledgeable and willing to recommend a combo that will offer a pleasing combination of flavors. The cranberry muffins are substantial without being so large you have leftovers. I also like the pear corn muffin. I gave this 4 instead of 5 stars because I would like the muffins even more if it were possible to buy a pat of butter or a butter substitute made with yogurt. It would add to the enjoyment of a muffin and cup of coffee. I also gave 1 less star because at peak times this little place fills up quickly. It is not fair that people who have just a cup of coffee stay at the tables working on laptops or tablets while other paying customers would like to sit, rest and enjoy their coffee before resuming their activities. I think 30 minutes is a fair amount of time to enjoy a muffin and coffee before the customer either buys another cup or graciously packs up and lets another customer enjoy a brief rest. I think management should be a little more observant of this.

This coffee shop is awesome! I’ve been a happy customer for awhile now : ) They offer oat milk which is what I take with my coffee & it’s a really good brand too— the Oatly brand. The employees are professional & polite. There is one employee in particular, although I haven’t seen her there recently which is unfortunate I hope she comes back, but she would give out compliments something like-“that’s a real nice purse”& talk to you about it. Very nice of her & spreading out good vibes, I really hope I see her here again. I’m giving 4 stars only because they don’t let you use the bathroom now. I know it’s because of the pandemic but I’ve used bathrooms at other food establishments during this time, even when I picked up food from a restaurant. Hopefully they’ll look into that. Like I said though, overall it’s a great coffee shop & I really do enjoy getting coffee from here!!

After going here for years, when I was ordering an iced coffee, I asked for no ice and was told that it would cost an extra $1 which brings the total price of a small iced coffee to be $4.78. This must be something new because I've gotten this same order for years and was never told about this extra charge to not have ice on the drink. It's ridiculous and is also not mentioned anywhere on their menu. Overall, I'm disappointed given how friendly and nice this place used to be but this experience made me very bitter and I'll likely be going somewhere else in the future. 👎

One of my favorite local spots for their coffee and cortados. The baristas are for the most part experienced when it comes to their espresso drinks combining a nice shot of espresso with a well steamed milk. I tried one of their mini apple turnovers today and it was quite buttery and delicious. I definitely reccomend if your a fan of coffee!

My go-to seasonal latte spot! Always take my friends here. Also love how it’s a walk up window, so my dog can go with me!
