Discovered this place on my journey where I was going and decided let me stop in and give this place a try. The aesthetics were really nice to me; a good coffee shop vibe. The coffee was a good medium roast and ACIDIC if that’s your “cup of joe “ ; the barista was super friendly and efficient; didn’t have to wait long at all. The playlist selection too during my visit was exceptional! Really good tunes. I’d definitely add this stop on your coffee tour!

Super friendly baristas, coffee is decent. A tad pricy at $4 per cup for a large black coffee but it's solid, clean, good quality.

The coffee is great but they really need more employees. There’s only one barista here who seems to be doing everything - poor guy! And the line in the mornings is out the door. Waited about 15 min for a coffee.

Visited for the first time.
Asked for a cold brew without ice and was charged almost $7 without warning! It is outrageous. If you're going to charge more for ice-less coffee, at least let the customer know.
Bagel is delicious though.
Service was fine as well.

My go-to coffee shop! It’s the perfect stop for a brew on your way to McCarren Park for a stroll. I usually get an iced latte and it’s always delicious. The people who work here are lovely too. Great coffee, great service what more can you ask for?

Love the coffee and great assortment of bakery items, kinda expensive but normal for the area. I will say the staff during the day is not so great. Went a few times during the day last week as I was running errands and the guy was very rude and did not actually give me what I ordered.

Been here a bunch and its normally good. However, I just left after trying to quietly enjoy a cup of coffee with my girlfriend before she goes to work. Whoever the lady working today was (November 9th), was slamming things while cleaning as well as the cash register drawer. She then proceeded to turn on some very loud hip hop music, only to turn it up more. It's like she wanted us to leave. After spending $10 on coffee one might expect a little more hospitality from a place like this.

This “bagel toasted with butter” came from Swallow Cafe. Enough said.
