On The Grill

Ordered for Super bowl 2012. No one got sick, but we had SEVERAL other problems that make me never want to patronize this place again. Ordered over 200$ worth of food on wed for the sunday game. Confirmed at 3pm on sunday for a delivery before kickoff.(which was 5:30 pm , as we confirmed on the phone 3-4 times ) After about 50 phone calls and some very rude customer service, the delivery finally arrived at 8pm, after halftime, and after we had given up and ordered a pizza. It was missing almost 2/3 of the order, and was cold, congealed and not appetizing at all. When I called to complain, the person on the phone just yelled at me and hung up. I will never come back to this place again. Just want to add that this place is super dishonest. if you are considering ordering from here for the superbowl, please take your business elsewhere. they went so far as to forge documents to fight my chargeback instead of trying to come up with an amicable solution. They are theives and liars and tehir food was cold and disgusting, what little we got from it.
