Subway

Now i hate to do this because i use to love coming here when i lived in the area but i moved & from time to time i come back because this the only subways i trust . But the last Couple of times the staff this one boy in particular Around 2pm has had nasty attitude. I ordered my food asking 11am for pickup at 2:30pm 10mins before pickup i get email its cancelled. I arrive he tell me he canceled because they dnt use subway app. Which was odd! I know he canceled it because he generally hate taking orders & be acting like everything is a rush because things get hectic. So i waited on line to reorder with my bf & he is being extra aggressive in making my food & then i asked can i still get it fir $5.99 he tells me no. That was my whole purpose of ordering online.

Misleading prices. Ordered a $10 prebuilt sub and was charged $15+ for it. Nobody asked if I wanted anything extra or optional, nobody informed me that there would be extra charges. Extreme loss of trust and confidence in this franchise. Besides this, understaffed during lunch rush hours and the manager was absolutely useless. Otherwise, kudos to the only dude hustling on the line assembling sandwiches. He was working hard, I hope he find a better job that properly values his hustle.

The ladies at the Chili lAvenue ocation are wonderful and polite. They accepted my expired coupon. I went to anther location on Lyell Ave near the Planet Fitness locatoon. I order two subs gave them an expired coupon. The worker laughed at me infront of customer and would not take it. I told him it's the same price as the newest coupon but I left them in my other vehicle. I took that same coupon to "My" Chili Ave location and order the same two sub and they accepted it, with no problem. However, I did sent an email to the Lyell Ave location to the manager. They did responed with an apology but did "NOT" offer any type of coupon or discount. They rather lose two subs because my coupon had expired? Go figure!

Location is horrible. If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally closed at 9:00 when the time on the door says 10 (10am not 10pm that's how stupid they are they don't know the difference between am and pm). The manager supposedly was there and didn't say anything about them closing he just walked out. And the employees slamming chairs and not even caring that people spent money on an online order that they failed to fulfill because they want to leave early. They let their friends cut the line and they don't even acknowledge the customers that are there. This location is the worst Subway ever visited.
