Tacos & Burritos Grill

This place does NOT HAVE AUTHENTIC MEXICAN FOOD. I'm from Arizona and this food is just pathetic and although tastes ok. I was charged 13.50 for a nacho and a small drink. The food had no spices, and 2 tiny pieces of meat and I can't even believe I paid for this overpriced "fake Mexican food" how are you gonna be Mexican and not make authentic food if your own ethnicity.

Foods solid and being open late is what keeps them in business. Where T&B really fails the customer is in the ordering process. Tap to Eat is an awful interface. Its mobile link doesn't work on my android, it won't let me add anything to my cart, the link won't work if you type it into your laptop or tablet, I have to request desk top mode in my browers on my phone and even then it doesn't recognize credit cards. But even if it worked perfectly, forcing consumers to use an app that isn't widely adopted would still be annoying. I'm not going to download an app for one burrito place that I only order from because the better burrito place closes too early. If you try calling to avoid using the aforementioned abysmal Tap to Eat (may the owners and programmers of Tap to Eat die penniless and alone), they hang up on you. Hung up on me four times tonight. Extremely frustrating for what is an average take out burrito. I finally had to use the app and select the pay cash option and jog over to the corner store to hit the atm. If only Tacos Nuevo Mexico didn't close their kitchen at 10:30, or the T&B Grill answered their phone, all this could be avoided.
