Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Hit or miss, I have ordered multiple times where they forget to include dips. It would be understandable if it were just the free condiments, but their dips are actually aren't free and you have to pay for them - which makes it unacceptable when they forget it. Make sure to check your bag before you leave or message your delivery driver to check before they leave.

The worst Popeyes to ever exist…. They charge you 54 cents for ONE sauce and are super stingy. The workers are so rude especially the two that cover the morning Shift everyday. Also if Popeyes has a deal For 5 dollars they will try to charge you for six this location tries to scam people and the owner or manger he’s Arabic and was speaking badly about customers and I understood everything being said. Avoid this Popeyes ever visit is awful I would go somewhere else but it’s the only Popeyes near my job. Disgusting service, rude workers and scamming people. Report them to Popeyes ASAP

Friendly service but extremely unkempt dining room (which doesn't make sense given the current climate now that people are not dining-in). The chicken was on the overcooked side. Also, I was served an expired dessert which I did not notice until tasting it. There are cleaner locations within a 10 minute drive from here so try those instead (Metropolitan Ave and another at Broadway/Myrtle).

Horrible customer service. I asked for the new hottie sauce and the lady behind the counter had even more of an attitude. Granted I still ordered my food cause I was craving it. I then ask to add mac n cheese to my order and to no surprise they didn’t have any and gave me even more of an attitude as if I was asking for something that’s not on the menu. I usually don’t get Popeyes and especially from bushwich area because their always so unpleasant and today reminded me why
