Manager doesn’t understand that the customer is always right! I always get my coffee without sugar. This time I ordered a latte and for the first time with almond milk. I did not like the taste of it at all! The almond milk was sweetened! So I asked the manager if I can exchange it for another one without almond milk. In my experience in all the coffee shops and supermarkets the responses I received was always “sure sir, no problem” and sometimes even “sorry for your experience”. His response was “that’s not my problem, that’s yours since you ordered like that”. I was shocked! Can you believe that! Who put this guy in charge of dealing with customers! No skills whatsoever! After a few minutes back and forth he finally agreed to make another one. I had to practically argue with this guy. Absolutely ridiculous! And I come here very often! His behavior was so out of line and out of touch with how a manger should act. So glad I could voice my opinion here.
