Great steins, pretty meh food and since it’s quite a large space service can be infrequent. Best place around to sit outside and sling a liter of beer.

Our go-to spot whenever we are in this part of Brooklyn. Their currywurst on a pretzel bun is a must. They have great outdoor seating when the weather is nice and their beer list is the best. Love coming here on a date or with friends. Great spot!

My husband and I had a few shared plates here for lunch one afternoon. We both started off with a Weihenstephan Kristall, which was really nice and had a hint of banana. We shared the CurryWurst & Pommes, Käsespätzle, and a small Bretzel. The CurryWurst and fries were great - I loved the curry ketchup and mayo. The Pretzel was a bit dry and bland in comparison to the big doughy pretzels I’ve had at Radegast Hall in Williamsburg. The Käsespätzle was kind of disappointing and not at all like what I had while living in Germany, or how my mom makes it. The noodles should be a bit fluffier and textured - these were thin, limp, and kind of hard to eat with a fork. The cheese was thin and had an oily texture. Overall the food was pretty good, and the beer was the real deal.

Awesome place with a very nice bartender. Will definitely be going back if I'm in the area! The beers were great too, it's nice going to a bar that keeps their taps clean.

I've really liked DSK for a long time. It was a great date night spot years ago, and now my wife and I love stopping by and parking the stroller during the day. It has the best drafts in the neighborhood (although Black Forrest down the block is a fine rival) and the schnitzel is great for lunch. The hot pretzel is also fantastic.

My friends and I met up for brunch it was pretty cool for such a tight little place. Service was great and fast. The food, well, it could be better, but for brunch, I wasn't expecting gourmet food.

I love coming here for trivia on Wednesday's. They have an excellent variety of German beer in interesting glasses, tasty pretzels, brats, and other foods. There's a strong sense of community here. The servers are very welcoming and friendly, and trivia is always a blast! Shout-out to Trivia Joe for being a fun, kind, and engaging host.

As someone who has been in Germany very often this is as close to getting a real beergarden in Brooklyn. Amazing atmosphere and the beer selection is on point! They have all the good stuff!

I'm connected to this place since they opened as I live nearby. In German beer garden tradition, it's become a neighborhood staple, always good for a light meal and good beer. A great place to hangout, maybe catch a World Cup game or find a spot for a quiet conversation. You're never rushed. Indoor, outdoor and window seating are available. Service is reliable as are the drinks.
