very fast service and our waitress was very nice. she and the manager checked in on us multiple times and they were very patient with our big party.

Carlos was the greatest server. We came in with a 9 month old baby and although our son was really good for a baby, Carlos made sure to take his time and be understanding. The food was hot and delicious. Only 50 bucks for my wife and I, so we were more than satisfied.

The food is always good. I think they were understaffed. We could never find our waiter, so we didn't get as many refills of our soups, salads or breadsticks. Which made 12.99 per person, not worth it. And I got the wrong dessert. I ordered a layered brownie and got a cream cake. It was good thou.

Went there for lunch. Loved the atmosphere. Restaurant was very clean. Our server Emily was very friendly, polite and extremely helpful. Restaurant's manger was also very friendly. He was greeting every customer and was going table to table introducing himself, also telling every customer that if they need any help, they can speak with him. Eggplant parmigiana was excellent. Excellent food and excellent customer service.

20230704:: got the unlimted and the lunch fettecinni alfredo(was ok) the salad was good. tried the kale, minestrone, and potato(fav) soups . then it poured cats and dogs.

Amazing in dining service. My husband and me come once a month abd the servers are sweet, the service is top knotch and the managers come to let us know they are here to give us a great night out. When taking out its a whole other issue, always forgetting and ignoring instructions and always something wrong. But dine in? The team for dine in and the hard work they put behind it is glorious. Which is why we tip heavy. 25 percent minimum. Id say if the takeout was as good as dine in this would be the highest revenue branch in Brooklyn. Keep up the good work everyone we love and appreciate your dine in service!

Took one of my favorite guys to lunch today, my youngest Son, we had a great time. One thing I don't understand is why with so many empty tables in sight it takes so long to be seated. But our Server was great, very nice young man with the Dreads. This is why I have the service a 4 because of this young man.
