The coffee, service, pastries, wine and light food here are all excellent! Always greeted with a smile, it’s a great place to work or meet up with friends. Coffee O’Clock or Wine O’Clock…a pleasant, warm vibe. They also have resale clothes, furniture and vintage bar ware for sale. Oh and sometimes you can play a game of chess with the barista! I bring my daughter here and she loves a hot chocolate and coloring one of the cute pages they have at a mini kids table in the front. Highly recommend as the best coffee shop in Red Hook with the friendliest baristas!

We found here by chance while walking there. Very unusual decoration attracted us. Also very friendly warm Barista helped us to choose options for light breakfast. Coffee was fantastic and meals too.
Very cozy ambience and also music were splendid. We advice you to come by here.

Nice little cozy and relaxing spot for coffee. They have a corner for kids to color and read, and the coffee is delicious. My only complaint was that the cold brew was too strong. I have a feeling it was not diluted. Otherwise, it is highly recommended, especially if you are on your way to Ikea!

Needed coffee after leaving Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. Convenient location, quick service and great coffee and chocolate almond croissant.

Croissants and muffins here are my favorite. Coffee is good. Love that it’s dog friendly and always have treats for my pup. A consistent favorite for breakfast treats in the neighborhood.

We just came back from a cruise and walked away from the congested area to get an Uber and decided to come in for a drink. The coffee was amazing, I had an iced mocha and my bf got an iced caramel something I forgot. Both delicious and we got a chocolate pastry that was also phenomenal. They make the pastries themselves and craft the coffee themselves. Very friendly staff and was a nice cozy spot to hang out to kill time before heading to the airport. Would definitely recommend going here. Wish I took some pics of the coffee and food but I didn't think about it then, but after such a great experience I had to leave a review. Better than Starbucks!

So when I first got to the Red Hook neighborhood, I checked out the more “famous” neighborhood coffee place and found indifferent service and expensive prices. “Get used to it,” I told my Midwest-transplant self. Nope. The peeps down the street at Red Hook Coffee Shop offered me a truly welcoming vibe. And that’s in addition to insanely good coffee, tea and matcha. There’s something magical about this place. Locals chat with newcomers, waves are exchanged as neighbors walk by, dogs literally lay down outside and won’t let their owners walk them until one of the staff comes out and brings Fido a treat – it’s like Van Brundt Street has suddenly become Mayberry RFD. Just go already. It's worth the trip. And that's no matter where you're coming from.

Espresso was some of the best I’ve had in a while. House sandwich with prosciutto was tasty and fresh. Chocolate chip muffin hit the spot…very chill atmosphere. Feels like you’re in a living room.
