This hot pot restaurant is one of the best I've been to. The sauce bar is not as extensive as many other places, but it has the basics covered. The spicy soup base was, however, not as spicy as I would have liked. The Malaysian Curry soup base was very good. The food was fresh and the selection was great. I particularly liked the inclusion of Korean rice cake, a welcome addition to hot pot. I also highly recommend the pork jowl. Update I've been to this restaurant many times since posting the above review. It had become my favorite hot pot restaurant. The Malaysian Curry soup base is my hands down favorite. When you go you must order the three second tofu skin; it is extra but so worth it. Additionally the Hong Kong noodles are a must have. Really everything is good, but it comes down to that broth which is amazing. I also note that the sauce bar had improved. I have no complaints. It is even easy to park! One inside tip, they have a single scoop of icecream for dessert. It is not always offered, but it is always available.

The soup base improved from last year. Overall good hotpot for the price and a lot of stuff you can order extra for additional cost. Also freshly made wontons when you order.

Get the Japanese style bone broth. It is thick and creamy. I always come here just for that broth. They also have pea shoots on the menu which a lot of the other hot pot places don't have. Service is always very fast and the place is always decorated very festively. Only thing I would change is if they would slice the meat thinner and if the waiters actually came by to scoop the scum off the broth.

Really good hotpot, to be honest. The broth is pretty good and packed fill with flavor. There’s several different varieties, though I usually settle with the regular pork bone broth. They have a decent selection (nothing to write home about) sauces. There’s plenty of different meat choices, vegetable, and miscellaneous hotpot goodies for you to choose. Food is fresh and served in large portions. It wasn’t too expensive either. It’s an AYCE hotpot, so bring your appetite to make things as worth as possible. Service was nice and welcoming too when I last came. Enjoyed my experience for sure and will definitely come back.

18 Hipot is a jewel for hot pot. They are absolutely a place to stop by and try at least once and when you fall in love, you will keep coming back. The price is very reasonable and the menu for all you can eat(AYCE) is also good. The meat is sliced so thin and perfect. The vegetables are fresh and clean. I usually snack on them while waiting for things to cook. The sauce bar is well stocked, and has a much better variety than a few other places I've tried. The staff is unbelievable and friendly. They are professional, courteous, and attentive. They can be busy, but that's not a bad thing. It's proof they are doing well. So plan ahead and make a reservation first, or call ahead and see what the wait time is. I cannot let some of the negative reviews I've seen stand. 18 Hipot is a fantastic place for hot pot and should be a must stop for anyone willing to try some place new or try some place that's doing hot pot right.

Went here a few times with my family and it's great. The meats are thick and fresh and the broths are very flavorful. My favorite part is that they're now all you can eat!
