Great oxtail and chicken. They also have a good variety of rice—my fave is the spinach rice. I also love how they overstuff the takeout containers so I always have extra for later.

It's no longer called silver crust at this location, it's called the place. Food is usually pretty good and they serve plenty of food. The line is usually long and just tends to move very slow at times.
