Americana ambience and bar food with a slight and pleasantly surprising spin on the norm. Stopped in one afternoon with the kids after a trip to Panda and was surprised at the simple menu that made me want one of everything. Also very accommodating and fair amount of options regarding dairy free. We ordered burgers, dogs, fries and pretzels (which I can't find on the online menu). I can't praise the burgers enough. As a native of Dyker Heights and a regular in Bay Ridge, I have found it harder and harder to find a good burger but this spot is right on the money. The flavor profile of the dogs was right on and the pretzel was just as good as my homemade German pretzels. Whether there's are made in house I don't know but they are good. I loved the ambiance, music is classic rock, 90's alternative, that kind of vibe and occasionally have live bands. While I wouldn't take my kids here on a Friday night, definitely great for an early family dinner or possibly even a weekend lunch. I walked by this place many times and never thought much of it but I was more than pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back. Prices are also very reasonable. Reason I gave 4 stars is I'm not a big fan of the potato bun and there was a hair in my food.

Great spot. Good selection of beers and ciders on tap and all sorts of great dive food to go with it. Last trip we ordered the pirogi, mozzarella sticks, and the buffalo cauliflower. Everything arrived quickly and was delicious. I want to try their veggie dogs next time I go back. Atmosphere is great. The staff are super friendly and we made plenty of friends at the bar with no problems. There's a bunch of TV's with different games and a great outdoor space. Hands down it's our new favorite bar in the neighborhood.
