Went yesterday for a birthday celebration and we had an AMAZING time. Everything was perfect the food, the service and the experience. Everyone was raving about the wonderful time they had. Being of Haitian descendance I know the bad rep Haitian business have. But I'm telling you this place is different. It's just extraordinary and the staff was attentive to our every need. I'm telling you, go there you will NOT be disappointed and immerge in the Haitian experience and cuisine. Mesi ampil 😃 Sarah

Had an amazing experience with 33 Lafayette stewed fish (fish in sauce). The flavors were incredible, with perfectly cooked fish and a rich, spicy stew. Sides like Djon djon rice (black mushroom), along with fried plantains, added depth. A taste of Haitian culture in every bite! Highly recommend. Service was impeccable.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very special eatery serving delicious Haitian dishes. The jerk wings, hearty beef stew, akra, and conch were outstanding and hit the spot for a comforting meal. Service was very attentive and drinks were quite nice. Highly recommend this restaurant. Can't wait to come back to try their chicken and waffles on a weekend!

Went on a Weds at 7pm and they had a FREE comedy show starting at 8pm. No cover, no min but we three ate dinner. Ordered appetizers and main course with drinks. The bill was surprisingly moderate for what we ate and drank. The Lemon Pepper Wings were delish, coconut shrimp and the Mac n cheese were the best I've had in a while. The entree I had was a pork dish with peppers and onions, fried plantains, spicy cold cabbage and a root vegetable that I never heard of but loved. Prestige beer and ginger beer were great with all the food. Now, the comedy show. 6 different comedians from around the city hosted by a very funny comedian, Jarrett G. An hour and half of free comedy on hump day? Definitely will be back for this.

The food was absolutely delicious! The owners were so sweet. Was looking for "La Caye", and this restaurant is now the new "La Caye" . They moved next door. Our waitress was also so sweet and genuine. Can't wait to visit again. 🇭🇹 My new Haitian spot now in Brooklyn!💙❤️💙❤️ Thank you for giving us an amazing first experience!

Great experience here. We came here after seeing a film at the BAM and we ran into the director and photographer of the film. The service was friendly and food was good. I wished there was more variety in the menu, but what we tried was pretty good. We had the akra , stewed chicken, and black rice with mushrooms. If I'm ever back in the area, I would definitely go back.
