Clean and efficient place. You can order from the kiosk, take a number, and a server will bring you your meal. The only thing was it was crowded.

One of the best Macdonald in Brooklyn compare other Macdonald's. Their service and atmosphere are just top-notch at least most of the time. Always put a smile on my face when I think about this place, which is very rare to find compared to all fast food restaurants in NYC, be frankly.

Okay, so what’s the difference between this McDonald’s and the others in the Bronx and Manhattan? The service and atmosphere of this location should be the minimum you get anywhere, but I guess it depends on the neighborhood. The cleanest, fastest service, this is the best location so far in NY. Congrats to the personnel and the manager. You know how to serve your customers.

Boring but straight to the point and sanitary. Workers at the register seem like they want to do more but can't, with all those kiosk it gets full and noisy. Though there is a school near by, and packed by students, it is pretty clean.

It was a decent place to have some snacks and drinks. The staff were good and efficient. The environment was nice enough. They have a moderate space for sitting and have restroom 🚻.
