I went went two friends sat down to eat it is very crowded because its one block away from Luna park and across the street from the train station in Coney Island. So we waited for our order for a good while. The food was fresh and good. They have those touch screen digital menu that you can place your own order on to help move the process quicker.

Table wasn't clean. Bathroom out of order. Table number missing from digital order making machine. Fries were warm at best. They forgot my BBQ sauce. Emergency food spot at best.

Okay spot if your in a hurry in the am and I also definitely appreciate the service that I received all around. Only thing I didn't like was no sauce came with my meal and I wasn't asked either but aside from that great job! I feel that the vast majority of you definitely deserve a raise and I don't even know any of you personally, just sayin!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. Every single time it’s packed in there, I would use the express window. Just now some lady with a glasses tells me they’re not taking orders. Why are they not taking express orders? It doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, they can take mobile orders and a thousand orders from kids coming to or from school but not from the express window? If corporate is reading this, you just lost perhaps a dozen customers who wanted to order from that window.

Ordered 5 mins before my friends and got my food 10 mins after them. Food was a solid 3.8/5 tho. Also had flies. But location makes it 5 stars and their bathroom works

This is the worst Mc Donald's in history. Backed up lines, everything is super slow. They don't let you use the restroom and the security guy is really disrespectful
