Food is delicious. Double king Burger can make a grown man regret his life choices (food wise), but addition of a vanilla milk shake seals the deal... Get a seat by larger factory windows to catch Brooklyn sun on a bleak day, or move to inner benches to watch Bed Bath and Beyond creatures drag their newfound possessions at 20% discount, single item only :)

Been here several times. Their burger has been consistently good - cooked exactly to the medium doneness requested. Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich is also a solid choice. Wish their sandwiches or kids items came with sides...you’ll just have to order a la carté. Service has always been good too. A nice pit stop after shopping at the adjacent stores in the center.

I would have given it 5 stars but this was my first time here and the cashier who taken my order, did not tell me that I needed a number to take. I waited over 30 minutes for a burger. The cashier had asked me what did I order, I told her, and then she left for the day after she came from behind the counter. No follow up or anything. But one of the waiters were really nice and made sure to keep me updated after I told him what happened. He also gave me a beer and fries on the house

I've eaten here a lot due to working in the neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and the food is always good, so we come back. Pretty easy. There were, however, a few incidents where the shift manager was acting like a TV chef star rather than running a light fare dining experience, so I would've simply found food at the other 100 establishments in the 10 block radius, BUT! the owner was extremely courteous and willing to listen to a customer's input and concerns and invited us back for another go. If there's someone who's willing to admit room for improvement, I'm willing to give them another chance to improve. They did and I'll be back. 👍

Stopped by during a recent black Friday weekend visit to Industry City. However I wasn't there for a full meal. I instead opted for a perfect hot coffee and deliciuos chocolate cake from the Bay Market Sweetings kiosk. I was also pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and the great staff. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful staff they have. I just came right when they closed. And all I wanted was to get Mac and cheese for my 1yr old. The manager said she didn’t have an open drawer but she would make it for him on the house! I insisted on paying but they said it’s not a problem. First time here and will always try and come by if I’m in the neighborhood. Place smells amazing!

We had just left micro center and were looking for a place to eat. We found this, ordered, and the food came in a timely manner. The French fries were excellent, and the lemonade tased homemade. The only complaint that I have is that they had forgotten to put onions on the hot dog, but they promptly corrected it.
