I worked with Tony on a last minute catering order and his service was FANTASTIC. He was willing to work with me on my order, threw in the sauces for free, and truly made my job as an event organizer incredibly easy. His customer service was the best I've experienced in the industry and I will recommend Polka Dot to anyone interested in either catering pierogies or just some good Polish food. Everyone who ate the food raved about how amazing it was. Thank you to the Polka Dot team, especially Tony!

Had an amazing meal at Polkadot! The sauerkraut and mushrooms pierogies were a delight, and the meat-stuffed potato dumplings were exceptionally flavorful. Don’t miss the tripe soup - it’s a standout. Service was top-notch, with very friendly staff. Highly recommend for a tasty and authentic dining experience!

Good polish bites, will satisfy you if you crave it, but there’s definitely room for improvement flavour-wise. Pierogi could use more butter and onion on top. My friends buraczki were completely flavourless, just cooked with no salt. The place is cute tho

Honestly was hesitant trying polish food for the first time, due to my pickiness but I truly did enjoy popping the cherry on this place. The service was great, loved the lady at the register who was attending me. Food was delicious too I recommend the Ukrainian pierogis but my favorite was the mushroom and sauerkraut pierogis, I as well enjoyed the potato pancake/ “latke” and spinach croqueta! I wasn’t a big fan of the apple pancake but possibly bc it was cold? Regardless I would definitely come here and dine again!

Trendy Polish Cafe in Hipster Greenpoint area. I never have polish food before but it was good. You can pick what you want to try. There are all line up for you to choose. Service was easy and friendly. I'm glad there is still local place who still keep their identity of Polish town in Greenpoint.

This no-frills cafeteria-style restaurant serves delicious home cooked polish fare. From the fresh and fluffy pierogies to the baked sausages to the salads, you will not be disappointed. Even the mismatched dishes and cutlery and the plastic picnic chairs give it a homely feel. You feel like a polish grandma made this food, so you better enjoy it!

This place is an incredible spot. They’re serving up a variety of Polish food, counter serve, at incredible prices. I got a hearty serving of their hunter’s stew (cabbage and pork), cabbage leaves stuffed with rice and pork, and creamed spinach for just north of $10. Unheard of value, especially in this part of Brooklyn. The staff was friendly and explained dishes to my group when we asked (none of us are Polish). When the crowd was slow, we spoke with the person working and he was very kind and friendly. Will definitely stop by whenever I’m in Greenpoint.

Incredible lunch spot. Authentic polish food, great prices, with the nicest staff working the counter. I particularly liked the stuffed cabbage (hot) and the cucumber dill salad (cold). What could be better than digging into stuffed cabbage with Britney Spears on in the background?

Delicious polish comfort food. I loved the sausage and the stuffed cabbage. The service was good and fast. The space is quaint and folky. Decided to come here for lunch since I was working nearby and the portions are fair and the food is weighed so you can build your home made dish. You will find all your favorite polish dishes and choices of kielbasa.
