Got seated immediately, ordered our food and drinks. Server was wonderful, she came by to check on us and we didn't have to ask for a refill on drinks she just did it with no hesitation. The food didn't take too long to come out and it was extremely delicious. The place is beautiful and very big inside, at least 2-3 storefronts long. It only opened for a week and I'm glad this place is doing great! Will be back soon!
Great new place. Good food & great service. Tiara L was my server. Excellent service & skills with customers. I give her a 10plus & she has a nice big friendly smile.
Arrived there at 10:30 am and it was already full. We waited 10 minutes for the table. Luckily got the booth. Spinach and tomato omelette was delicious. Pancakes were ok but French toast was YUMMY! They have 4 different types of syrup for the pancakes. Staff is extremely helpful and very friendly.
I decided to take my brothers randomly & was pleasantly surprised once I saw that they were offering new French toast. IHOP’s French toast was my go to whenever I went there but it was always a hit or miss so I was definitely excited to try the new recipe. Now that I’ve tried it I can safely say that you HAVE to try it. The new French toast is 1000 times better than the old one. I recommend you get it with whipped cream instead of butter but that’s just my preference. The slices are big & fluffy & filled me up pretty quickly. The mozzarella sticks are good too & so is the crispy breakfast potatoes. I will say it might take a few extra minutes to get your order but that’s only because there’s only one person working the tables so pls remember to tip generously.

This establishment is very welcoming. As soon as I entered I was greeted by the host Juan. He was very pleasant and informed us it would be a ten minute wait. Upon waiting less than 5 minutes our table was ready. Once seated, our server Julia greeted and took our order. Although it was busy food and drinks came out rather quickly. Everything was beyond phenomenal. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be returning as a regular customer. 😁😁
Came here on mother's day weekend, place is spacious, server quickly helped us with taking the order, answered questions, food came out pretty fast, my little ones enjoyed the fresh food, I had the bacon omelet and Oreo milkshake, overall experience was pleasant, will definitely come back!

Good staff. Friendly and food was good tasted. Waitress was very kind , very caring and informative . No wait time when I went at 3 pm Good came out very fast as well. No alcohol. The restaurant very clean.
Food was amazing and service was okay but definitely needs improvement. The wait time was 20 minutes to seat a party of two. Overall it's worth the trip. Across from Coney Island amusement park. Parking is horrendous. If you can, take the train.

How can someone go a long time without eating IHOP well this was me until my husband took me out for a afternoon breakfast of cause he said that after 2 pm so the place we could go to IHOP of cause. When we got there the hostess took us to be seated then out host for our meal was Miss Danisha soft spoken and friendly came over to asked if we are ready we told her she needs to come back as everything looked so delicious and it might take 10 minutes for us well, me to decide which we all laughed when she did come back for our order my husband wanted French toast my order was lack of going to IHOP I ordered Quesadillas, and berry crepes we both ordered the lemonade juice the one with the orange is delicious as we sat there I realized I miss coming here randomly and with coney island right opposite I told my husband we should come back in the summer to eat after hanging out In Coney Island. Here it was very clean and nicely decorated the bathroom was also very clean, the music coming from the speakers were not very loud and pleasant enough to still have a conversation with your friends, family and future foe's with. I stop by this IHOP every so often when I come down to Coney Island. This one is by far one of the cleaner IHOPs I have been to. The wait time and service can be a tad slow, but I overlook it since this place always seems to be hopping with customers. Since this is a pancake joint I primarily only get pancakes when I order, even though they seem to have a pretty good menu of other breakfast items. Everything I have tried thus far has been great at this location. Plus, they have good coffee too. I will definitely return the next time I am in the area.

First time at this location. I was instantly greeted upon arrival and seated within two minutes. The space is quite large I was hoping that due to rise in COVID cases they would distance guests a bit more. Most parts were closed off. My friend and I felt slightly uncomfortable until folks left. Food was incredible, prompt serving the wait was not long. Waiter was amazing and so pleasant. This location was clean and staff did an excellent job disinfecting after people left. Coney Island park view added to the experience. Parking was easy and this location is great for persons who are wheelchair bound. The area however is weird and a lot of interesting characters hang around but staff handles things well. Overall good experience.
