Applebee's

I go to target often and step into this restaurant after I have finished, shopping regularly. I have been less than pleased with the service, and the servers, who were often, pre-occupied with there own life troubles to pay attention adequately to the customers. However I went today on 10/27/2023 and there was a manager (Carl) in place, who was all about business and professionalism and made sure the team followed suit. I was not coming back to this Applebees ever again. This manager has restored my faith, and I will come again. My food was very good, I had the lunchtime special with Caesar salad, broccoli and chicken Alfredo.

My family and I came into this establishment around today around 1p.m. The hostess wasn’t friendly at all. We didn’t like her attitude. That is bad for business especially since she’s the first person that have to greet and seat customers. Our waitress Jenni was very friendly, pleasant, patient and helpful. She have good customer service skills. She kept coming to our table to see if we needed anything. It’s very hard to come across good waitresses like her that love their job and don’t give customers attitude. I gave this restaurant 5 stars for service because of her.
