Amazing bagels! Got the salmon and cream cheese bagel and all the flavours were well balanced. Good ratio of salmon to cream cheese for me. Hefty portion size and I devoured the whole thing it was so good. Quite pricey but worth it once in a while coming in at $18 for one bagel. The gentleman serving me was the most delightful man I’ve ever met and made the experience there so special! He’s an absolute gem and I swear his outstanding service legitimately made the food taste even better. Don’t be fooled by the decor, this place is worth the stop.
Quintessential no-frills bagel shop located in Cobble Hill. Some say it‘s the best bagel in Brooklyn— that I cannot confirm nor deny, but the bagel I had here was indeed scrumptious. Toasted on the outside and chewy on the inside, with the right proportions of lox and cream cheese. Substantial, but with tasteful restraint. You can’t go wrong with Court St Bagels. I‘ll be back soon.
Very impressive bagel shop. Whether you’re looking for plain bagels, a breakfast bagel or an absolute monster lunch bagel full of meat they have you covered. There was a line of people outside even in the rain when I visited which should tell you all you need to know about how loved this place is in the neighbourhood.
Nice little place with some seating. Staff are awesome!!! So kind and helpful, very good at communicating and getting the line moving. They have 5 tofu cream cheese options (vegan), we tried the scallion tofu spread and it was delicious. Very creamy and tasted awesome! The sourdough bagel and onion bagels tasted great, the lox was great as well. We would definitely visit again next time we’re in NY!
We went here on Thanksgiving and the owner was so sweet and happy. Bagel was good, but I thought we got a little too much cream cheese. Took some off and it tasted amazing.
A New York Treasure. Exceptional service made us instantly feel at home, and incredible fresh bagels and schmear made us never want to leave. Coffee was delicious and generously poured. Bonus points if you try the lox and scallion schmear on a sesame bagel. Simply out of this world.
Delicious bagels! We came by on a weekday to skip the lines. Generous servings of cream cheese and bagel toppings, including lox. They’re cash only but have an ATM if needed.
Best bagels I’ve every had in my life!!!!! (And I’ve had plentyyy in Canada and the US). I came in the summer of 2022 and was amazed, so I came back on my next trip in 2023, and the bagels were just as great! The staff has always been so kind and accommodating and Peter is the sweetest, most welcoming man who makes you feel like family the second you step in. Do yourself a favour and go get a bagel there! My favourite is the sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox.
No frills, cash only bagel shop. I get egg and cheese on everything and it hits the spot. I do find the everything bagel a tad too salty, but otherwise I have no complaints. It's a good size too - smaller than those behemoths sold elsewhere in the city but larger than the sad things sold at grocery stores.
But the BEST thing about the shop is the guy who runs it. He's so friendly and sweet - he greets everyone who comes through the door in a cheery voice. He's the reason this store is so highly rated by everyone who eats here.

Got the sesame bagel with pastrami lox, scallion cream cheese, capers, and tomato. Was amazing. A little pricey at about $20 but half the bagel was good enough to satisfy my hunger. A full bagel would leave me stuffed
