Very nice experience here! The food was fantastic. If you’re not a fan of spicy food, just be sure to carefully read the descriptions or ask the server for suggestions. Even the drinks can be spicy, haha! Overall, cute atmosphere and great food.
We had a delicious Indian meal. The owners were very welcoming and the food was fresh and delicious. The jackfruit biriyani was excellent. Tastes like chicken. 😂. Just kidding but it had a texture similar to meat. If you liked Indian it's a great place to check out. They also have great soups. The Dahl and bindi dishes are amazing.
Very happy that there is a Goan restaurant in New York! The spice level feels quite authentic and the Konkan Railway Mutton tasted divine.
Indian Table is an absolute gem! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food is exceptional, bursting with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. The service is top-notch, with knowledgeable and attentive staff. The ambiance is perfect for any occasion, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. Indian Table is a must-visit for anyone craving outstanding Indian cuisine. Can't wait to return for another delightful meal!
Indian Table is perhaps the best restaurant in Cobble Hill! We love every dish here but have a few favorites. The crab appetizer is like a crab cake with a spicy sauce that’s delicious and goes perfectly with the onion and lettuce extras. The raan e-ghoscht lamb dish is our absolute favorite… tender, falling off the bone and so amazing. The sauce has a bit of heat and the potato wedges it comes with is a perfect compliment. The garlic naan is crispy and chewy at the same time and the yellow dal is yummy. We tried the chicken korma the last time and really enjoyed the flavorful sauce it came in. The service is always excellent and we love coming here regularly.
The setting was inviting and relatively quiet. We dined in a nice clean outdoor space, the host was very informative as related to the food and drink selections. Our meals were delectable with good sized portions and the drinks were well made. We definitely plan to return there again to dine.
A lovely place with lovely food. We enjoyed the vegetarian dishes in particular; the paneer was deliciously custardy and the Indian summer squash was exceptionally unique and tasty.
Their regular is menu is really good and they have specials on weekend nights. This was their restaurant week special menu. The chef is goan and his restaurant week menu is mostly goan dishes with a a variety of options. The sardines fried were nice and crunchy. The lamb was beautifully spiced and nicely done. The squid were stuffed were shrimps in light goan red chilli sauce paste called recheado. The fish ambotik was served with coconut rice. Rest of the meat came with flaky malabar parathas.
October 15- They continue to have new and great specials. Crab filled pilo pastry pockets were delicious with peri peri dip, the cabbage dangar (patties) with mango- mint chutney were super comforting. Special mention to the Bombay style Kheema served with Indian Brun ( cousin of baguette) so authentic it had the exact same taste like Parsi - Irani joints of Bombay!! The bartender Alok makes really good drinks and Sameer will always explain the dishes in such detail.
Flavors! Presentation! Authenticity! I walked in to spoil myself on my B’day and settled for Chef’s 4 course tasting menu. It was my on spur of the moment palate than go for an ala carte. 😉😀. Beautiful room. Great energy. Friendly service by Prathishta. Every course had an eye catching dish full of flavor and taste. Kudos to Chef n his team. Wish I lived close by…😉😋😛‼️
The kids and I have been craving Indian for a while (we usually get in NJ) so we decided to hit up Indian table. The service is great and very accommodating and their indoor and outdoor spaces are beautiful and welcoming.
The kids split a byrani which came in a delightful “pop the top” presentation that was unexpected and fun. Below the top was excellent quality food and large portions of it. Good heat that gave me some good sweats and did cause our youngest to only eat a little bit.
The ginger beer cocktail had a nice twang to it and was presented nicely too.
The bathroom is immediately to the right when you walk in and it’s only one so you may have to wait.
Looking forward to trying other items onthe menu too!
