Went to their Greenpoint pop-up to try their Sourdough ramen and it exceeded my expectations. I’m hoping they open a permanent spot soon.
Their wagyu beef yakitori was an 11/10

My favorite bakery in nyc!!! The sourdough bread is top-notch. They also have bread sample with homemade butter. Arguably the best bread in town. Hard to pick my top because everything here was too good. Even matcha latte was the best i’ve had in nyc.
Thank you for making such nutritious, authentic, real bread and real food.

It’s rare to see baumring cakes around so I visited the place to give it a try. I got a small one (sliced) and a big one (packaged) as a gift. Initially I was disappointed cause the sliced one was a little bit dry, and was better to have it with drinks. However, when I had the big one with friends, it was moist! (personally prefer matcha flavor than the plain one.) Also, matcha latte and coffee was ok. it’s a good place but items are slightly expensive (the drinks too.)

I came in for an early weekday lunch and to get some work done on my laptop. The atmosphere was great and felt very cozy, with calm jazz music playing in the background. There are small tables, two big work tables suitable for working, and comfortable chairs. Unfortunately the wifi wasn't working (temporarily?), which was quite annoying.
I ordered the Japanese fried chicken and a lemonade. Both were good. Chicken was a bit tough, but the flavors were really good.

A friend of mine brought me to this quaint and lovely cafe/bistro that was near his job. I had ordered a ice chocolate (beverage), the taste was very nostalgic. I grew up having this as a treat so it was nice to indulge on it. I was really impressed by the quality of the food. They took alot of care to create a delicious and nutritional meal. I ordered the hamburg meal and it had fresh salad, cherry tomato, piping hot rice and fries and of course the wonderfully seasoned hamburg. It was well seasoned, and very thick and excellent quality. My friend had ordered their a sobero bento (egg/chicken over rice) that came with sea weed soup. Though I didn't get to try the rice, my friend didn't want his soup. The soup was really delicious. Wonderful use of daishi stock and used scallions, seseme seeds, and sea weed. It was well done. I hope to visit again to try out all their other dishes.
Other bonuses: free wifi, and a great place to study. They are also very affordble. Lastly if you like alcohol, their selection is good for a Cafe! If you're in the area definitely try them out.

Love this place. Excellent place to work with your laptop (has a series of small booths), has even a movie projected every day (the last day I went was StarWars Episode VIII), and the coffee a food is great. Attaching a photo of their katsudon, which is delicious. Their coffee is also great, and they also have a selection of beers, wine, and sake! Great place for a quick meal as well :)

The best part of living in this neighborhood is this dreamy spot. The espresso and matcha drinks are delicious, the wine and sake selection is very nice, and the food is fantastic, fresh, and comforting. Wonderful Japanese cafe food - my highlights are the chicken nanban, katsu curry, chicken omurice, and the beautiful lacey gyoza. Oh, and weirdly the freshly squeezed OJ! There's always a spot to sit, and this is a great place to come and work. There are a few seats outdoors, and a big communal table just inside that is perfect with the doors open on a nice day. They take cards, have wifi, and do takeout.
Highly recommended! I hope you love Blank as much as I do. ❤️

A great place to grab some good coffee/tea and tasty food. Lots of vegetarian options are available. Lots of tables and free WiFi along with good lighting inside makes it easy to work.

Amazing! Their most delicious almond croissant & almond milk cappuccino made my morning today! My tastiest breakfast ever, refilled my energy after 50 minutes jogging. And I start to become an adept of French cuisine traditions - this kind of breakfast, especially so much yum as in Blank, really works. Ready to buy beret and ticket to a plane:) So, guys, GO THERE! Atmosphere and stuff are also cozy & friendly. Those watches on the wall stopped on different times are stunning. WiFi works great (if not just ask to reset like I did today). Find a spot in the middle to feel fresh air from the door and forget about time. I didn't even noticed today how 2 hours passed after we spent two more with my friends & he left me. So nice it was!
