I found out about this spot through a friend who eats here religiously. I'll start off by saying that I've never been a fan of falafel. I always found it to be too salty, dry and gritty? Any-who- I'm always one to try anything AT LEAST once.
My friend recommended me to have the RED HOT CHILI sandwich with the cajun fries. SO GOOD. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It was a good portion and had a nice spicy sauce to balance the falafel. The cajun fries were super nice and crispy. I didn't even want to use or need to use ketchup because the flavor was so good.
I also ordered a mint lemonade but I think I just got mint, lemon and water so keep that in mind. I enjoyed it either way as it was super healthy to me.
I would definitely come back again. I've deemed this my falafel spot. Neighborhood Gem!
AMAZING! So affordable and the staff were so nice. The portions are huge and it was some of the best vegan falafel I had ever had. So many flavours and options. Definitely go.
I think the food came to like $13 for this quantity.
Deluxe sandwich comes with three kinds of falafels: classic, spicy red pepper and spinach & mushroom. I like all of them! The pita bread is also stuffed with white & red cabbage, tomato, cucumber and hummus. The portion is very generous and I feel that the pita itself even can’t take more. I would like to give one more star if it looks more clean and tidy.
It's a quint spot with some seeting--one table that could seat four people and a wooden bar by the window with tall stools that could hold 5-6 people. I ordered the deluxe falafel sandwich that has three different flavors of falafel. The sand wick was really good and well stuffed. I bought another one to go for my mom. I will definitely eat from here again. I noticed that deliver was available.
Good little falafel place. Fresh & flavorful food. Got the spicy falafel sandwich. Good blend of spices but not much heat. Included cuumber salad & hummus. Wheat pita available. Lemonade had good flavor & not sweet. Recommended for a quick bite. Limited seating for dining in.
Very delicious - the food is solid, price is amazing, couldn't wish for more.
Had sabich sandwich and a platter that sounded fun.
Tried the vegan OMG platter (onions, mushrooms, green pepper- 5 star name). Tasty but was expecting a bit more food. There could have been a lot more of the veggies and an extra pita. Also was supposed to come with pickles and olives but didn't receive any. I've also tried their Deluxe sandwich, which was nice and hefty for the price, healthy, and delicious. Interesting assembly of three different types of falafel. I ordered and it was ready in 5 mins. Also tried the Popeye Delight sandwich (phenomenal).
Vegans take note: many menu items seem vegan but you have to ask for them to be made vegan. Even though all the ingredients looked vegan on the menu, they said the original wasn't but they could make it vegan. Would be great for them to make vegan the standard for their meals that are already mostly vegan, and label them as such, clearly on the menu.
