Pizza Moto

Don't sleep on this place. The chef is creating some really nice pies with depth and character in his ingredient combinations and execution. The dough for me is excellent. Its Not your traditional new york pizza slice joint but it doesnt detract from the experience in my opinion. Also the other food offered is quite good as well. The fried dough, cold cut pistachio thing was fire and the gnocchi dish i had one time was delicious as well. Save room for dessert because the tiramasu tasted fresh and was a delightful ending to a wonderful meal.

Ordered Pizza takeout from their website and it was incredible. We had the Sicilia with apricot jam and capers, the pork belly with bottarga di muggine, and the Pomodori. The flavor toppings were authentic to southern Italy, and nothing like I'd experienced in NYC pizza before. The anchovy was the whole fish, not just an oily smear, and the capers big and bursting with flavor. Can't to try everything on the menu!

Incredible pizza. Like straight out of Rome incredible. The service is fine. When you’re there, you get the vibe that you’re being taken care of. The huge catch is the line to get in is pretty long. Also, on Sunday night the hipster waiter was a bit on the rude side when I came to pick up the pie I ordered three hours in advance. “I don’t know what to tell you, we’re really busy right now.” As I waited other 20 minutes. I’m not going to knock any stars for that though because of the quality owner and the quality food.
