We came here for a special occasion and couldn't be happier with our choice. The front of house staff did an exceptional job creating a delightful and memorable dining experience and making us feel welcome. The kitchen staff created an absolutely delicious meal that lived up to all of the great things we'd heard about the food.

Absolutely amazing brunch. This is how a Michelin brunch should be. Everything was amazing from the eggs to the maitake mushrooms. Overall the meal was a take on a diy breakfast taco with eggs, beans and corn. We did an add on of the mushrooms and it was a wonderful call. The family style portions may seem large when they arrive, but it was not too big where we were stuffed afterwards. If anything we wanted more of the savory course because it was truly that good. My partner even said shes mad it wouldn’t be the same menu every week because she wants it again(the brunch changes every week). The sweet course was good. Wasn’t as good as the savory, but still good with this yogurt and mixed fruit bowl. And once again we did an add on, this time a chocolate chip brioche(needed more chocolate). Will definitely be back to see what more they have in store. Be it brunch or dinner.

Everything is phenomenal, food, service, atmosphere. The duck is my favorite and the bread is to die for. Squid hanabero stew is a surprising highlight. Will definitely come back.

The atmosphere is nice and welcoming. The service is phenomenal. Sadie our server was awesome! As for the food its very creative and innovative especially the squash dish however i think some of the dishes did not have a good balance of flavors. Also Don’t miss out on the non- alchoholic beverage pairing! i’ve been to many Michelin but this was a first to me. They did an amazing job.

Excellent mastery of sauces, thoughtfully paired with ingredients. Not overly seasoned, well balanced flavors and textures. Super beautiful mocktails - delicate, nuanced, whimsical, like fairies in a secret summer garden.

Dining at Oxalis is easily in the top 3 dining experiences I’ve ever had in my 10+ years living New York. The service is incredible, the staff are so friendly, receptive, and adaptable. The food is impeccable (we opted for the Bar Prix-Fixe menu) beautiful presentation and even more palate-pleasingly delicious, the corn crêpe? Phenomenal. I awoke this morning still thinking about it. The vibe is immaculate, so much so I downloaded their Spotify playlist. My only gripe is the lack of agave spirits, which is quite possibly just a decision based on pairings. But I miss it all the same.

BEST BIRTHDAY DINNER EVER! The hospitality here is outstanding! This pretty little restaurant is an absolute treasure. Upon entering we were greeted with genuine smiles and birthday salutations. The cocktails and food were AMAZING! I loved the freshness of the seasonal offerings, the complexity of the flavors. We had the set menu which was very reasonably priced for the quality, quantity and level of hospitality we experienced. The genius of the Chef was exemplified in every course! If you are looking for a creative, interesting and most delicious meal of your life… you will truly appreciate this gem. To the Chefs and staff Thank you again for the magnificent service and a most incredible meal. Until next time❤️

Outstanding experience overall. We did the 4 course bar menu prix fixe. The service is some of the best I’ve ever had (our waitress was super knowledgeable and kind, and for my birthday they wrote a note and brought us a mini cake). The food was mostly excellent (some just good, like the halibut) - especially the baked goods like the garlic panisse and the mushroom kabob was one of the most unique/best dishes we’ve ever had. Also props to them for a bespoke non-alcoholic drink menu.

Oxalis knows what hospitality means. I don’t know why I waited to visit until it had this special Filipino brunch on Filipino Independency Day, but I am very happy to see a restaurant advocate for diversified culture, very supportive for its talented chefs and provide a great platform for them to shine. And equally important, Oxalis took the customers feedback very seriously and sincerely. At the brunch, we enjoyed all the Filipino inspired dishes, but we had a bit concern about the service and decided to give the feedback. What surprised us was that besides the very sincere apologies from both the manager and the waitress, our meal was also covered by the restaurant. Although this wasn’t our intention, we were truly impressed by the way they taking care of the customers and our feedback. I’d love to keep coming back to the restaurant like Oxalis. Bravo!
