Pegasus Restaurant

Went with my hubby for early lunch. He had the burger which was good, it just wasn't seared so was grey in color. I had a wrap which was fine. The waitress was nice, but service was extremely slow even when it wasn't busy. We've always been huge fans of Pegasus, but last few times have not been so great.

Okay Pegasus. Going all in for Christmas decorations!!! I’ve been here twice with my husband for breakfast and dinner and we really love it. My husband got something sweet while I got something savory. I got the HUEVOS RANCHEROS and my husband got the BANANAS FOSTER FRENCH TOAST. I’m not gonna lie, my husband dish was a nice kick to sweetness. I really like my gosh. The second time I got the same thing. Food was fresh and yummy. The vibes was great and I’ll definitely come again. P.S. the restaurant don’t accept credit card, but cash. However the restaurant now accept Venmo which is great. Definitely give this spot a try.

I've been coming here for breakfast with my family for 15+ years. Everything is amazing, but Pegasus hands down makes the best home fries I've ever had. I also love how the new owners have spruced up the place, and how friendly and conversational they are with the customers. Definitely don't leave Bay Ridge without having tried Pegasus.

Love this place for brunch! Whether I’m dining alone at the bar or on a date with my boyfriend, I always have a great experience! Sometimes getting a seat can take a while, but the wait is always worth it! The Peaches and Cream French Toast I my go to with a Bellini to drink! The atmosphere is friendly and trendy which attracts a diverse crowd. The service is so good and the staff are all very nice! Overall, one of my favorite brunch spots in Bay Ridge!

~ Service - impeccable from the moment we arrived. We were greeted warmly and served promptly. ~ Atmosphere - homey and unpretentious. ~ Food - We began with a Frappe that was delicious and strong enough to keep that mid-afternoon slump at bay. Burrito - seasoned satisfactorily but was a little on the sloppy side, enough for us to resort to cutlery. Peaches and cream pancakes were rather ordinary/forgettable. The peaches were cooked to just the right firmness, though. ~ All in all, a decent breakfast/brunch spot. Portions are generous, so come hungry! And in keeping with the old-school vibe, they only accept cash (and Venmo).

There is no place like this. It’s my most favorite place to eat in all of NYC. Delicious food, and the kindest and best restaurant owner I know. I’ve been going here for YEARS, and have loved it the whole time. The most delicious French fries in NYC— hands down. The original and spectacular brunch menu—- you must try it. My favorite soup ever—- avgolemono! The sauce that comes with the chicken and waffles (you NEED to taste it). The food is fresh, and you will love all of it. Please do yourself a favor, and even if there is a wait (it’s likely/possible, because people know how superb this place is), trust me— it’s WORTH IT. Everyone who works at Pegasus is so kind and welcoming. They work really hard and offer an incredible experience. Fresh squeezed orange juice? YES. Delicious milkshakes? YES. Thank you, Pegasus, for being such a major part of why I love this city. I will love this place forever and visit it as often as I can. Also, it’s hard to take high quality pics when the food is so delicious (and you just want to eat it, rather than take pics), but I have a few pics here for you anyway!
