We had a great surprise Hero birthday party for my brother. The staff was awesome and so was the food. Owner Fred and DJ Frank Smooth was so great to my guests.

Came here for a show and totally enjoyed myself. I didn't order a huge meal, just some calamari which was pretty good. Service was good. Only thing was that my first glass had a lipgloss stain on it, so I had to send it back, but outside of that all went well. I will return.

Bedford manor is a quaint but very efficient bar in Brooklyn with a formal seating area for dining, which is very reminiscent of a british home library, yet behing a wall of books lies a hidden room with a big dance floor, two additional bathrooms, making it 4 altogether, more dining space and a stage and VIP area. It hosts several weekly events such as a great happy hour & karaoke, there's always something happening here. Dope venue!

Absolutely adore this place. The theme of the restaurant reminds you of a fine speakeasy and is absolutely stunning. The food and drinks are AMAZING. The service is on point. And the event space is very big and accommodating. I definitely recommend this place.

I had the pleasure of celebrating colleague's birthday party here. It has a classic speakeasy vibe. Loved the "secret" door to the private room. Wait staff were attentive and the food was delish. I'm definitely going to consider having my twins' birthday party here. I think it's really cool.

This was my favorite venue to meet friends and I’m devastated that they have been closed. The decor was excellent, like a professor’s smoking room. The staff were great. The food selection was just right for a venue of its size, though the drinks menu could have been better. They had live music and events, too. One of the few African-American owned establishments from a long gone era.

We went to check the place out since we live nearby, had a couple of drinks and calamari. Both drink and food we're delicious. The place is huge with bar, couches, chairs and tables all mingled together. The back room has a DJ booth, pool table and televisions surrounding the seating while the front room is near the bar, has televisions as well. The place is cozy, the staff is friendly and want you to have a good time. We'll be back.

people use the term "great atmosphere" very cheaply these days... this place got a great atmosphere! by the looks of it, its been there for 50yrs (only 3 apparently!) the burger was really good, the beers are very good and the Georgian bartender was doing 10 things at once while talking to me! awesome!
