Stumbled upon this when was walking around Williamsburg. Little hidden gem. Great menu selection, authentic korean palate. Beautiful garden outback the restaurant. Free korean tea too! The owner however said they be closing in a week. MUST VISIT!

The place, the background music, the people, the smells... Everything in this place transports you to a 90's Wong Kar Wai movie if he was Korean. The Dolsot Bibimpab has seasonal ingredients, and is a caress to the senses. It could have more desserts offerings.

Food is amazing!!!! Place is cute and service is good. They always have specials that are very good. I tried some dumplings with spicy beet and pumpkin, kale salad, plates (spicy chicken and spicy pork) are all good.

Really nice, casual, cozy, comfortable atmosphere. And I really liked the music they were playing. I ordered the lunch bibambap with spicy pork. It was not the best, but decently good.

Hole in the wall Korean spot with simple but delicious menu. I had the spicy pork bowl and I didn't want to stop eating. Prices are great, bummed I'm only visiting, would go back for more. Staff was great too, very attentive.

We went there around 7pm on a Thursday and it was easy to find a table. Service was fast and nice. I had Japche noodles and it was great, really tasty. My sister had the sundubu and though very tasty it contained way more tofu than zucchini/shrimps. Overall very good!

So, I've heard mix things about Dotory on other sites. It might not match with some people's paradigm of what "real" Korean food is. I mean you aren't going to find avacado in your bibimbap in Jeonju. But Dotory is more about using the best local ingredients than being hard tied to the tradition. The ingredients are fresh and the dishes are yummy. That's all that matters to me.
