Best eggplant parm of my life! The chicken meatballs are scrumptious, and well-seasoned. The olives aren't salty enough for my taste. The rice balls with sauce are outstanding. Yum, yum , yum!!! Prices are fair.

Paneantico is a neighborhood staple. Classic Italian baked goods, sandwiches and coffees. There's a large selection of everything. This place is always packed with locals. I love coming here for cookie platters for parties and it's a good place to pick up premade pizza dough. The chai latte are some of the best I've had in the neighborhood. I find the pastries to be more on the bready side than flaky. The outdoor dining area does have wait service so you can sit outside and avoid the line. Indoors the place is always packed and I find service to be a bit slow. There always seems to be people here day and night so it's a great meeting spot.

One of the best bakeries in Brooklyn. Consistently reliable quality. Some of the best cookies and pastries you can get. Rainbow cookies are perfection. Amazing spot for lunch and bricken oven bread sandwiches of any kind.

Low frills kinda place. Gets packed during lunch. Sandwiches are generously portioned and every table around us was taking about half to go. The cheesecake is super fluffy. Large salad was actually LARGE. If you're in the area I reccomend giving this place a try. Everyone in the neighborhood seems to know the place well.

A Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, institution. It is part bakery and part restaurant, with a Sicilian- Italian- New York menu and an unique “neighborhood” feel. The food is always delicious. Their breakfasts are amongst the best I have ever had. Service is friendly and quick. It grows on you and has a large number of faithful regulars. Highly recommended.

Small cozy place with tasty pastry. Prices are low. Personnel is kind and informative. Only one strange thing, if you sit there they don't give you your order, you should wait for waitress and this is not fast process. I guess they could charge "service fee", but to give your order from counter immediately.

One of the best Italian spots in the city. Incredible sandwiches, like about 75 choices. No joke. Great hot food and the best rice balls in NYC. And they have a huge selection of bakery items, cakes, cookies coffees. Don’t miss this spot.

Have heard great things about Paneantico since we moved to Bay Ridge. Finally checked it out today. Plenty of outdoor covered seating on a hot summer day. This place is more or less all Italian style sandwiches. I went with my standby of chicken, rabe and fresh mozz. Came with a bucket of balsamic and was delightfully tasty. Service was fast and friendly for as busy as it was. Will be back!
