Came here for lunch. Great atmosphere and view of the pasta making process. Service is extremely attentive and water is always full. Lots of apps and pasta options. Ordered a total of 6 pastas and maybe 4/6 were great while the others did not stand out. Would recommend the best ricotta bread with mushroom app, the pork ragu, and Buffalo butter fettucini! Hoping to come back to try the steak in the evening.

Everything we ordered was pretty good! We were 3 ppl and the amount of food was just a little more than we could finish, so we took a couple things home. Highlights were - The whipped ricotta crostini - Sheep’s milk ricotta filled occhi, bottarga, lemon - Olive oil gelato. The olive oil they use is obviously really good. The aroma!! The cabbage and fennel tasted good but they both seemed _just_ a little soggy to me. The cauliflower was also good but seemed soggier than the cabbage and fennel. The restaurant was big, with lots of seating, a box shaped space. With all the reflective surfaces, lots of sounds were bouncing around. I didn’t have issues conversing with my party, but it was a bit loud and not the most comfortable acoustics. Lighting is a little dim. Not the optimal for food photography, not that that has anything to do with the quality of food or drink! Pasta was great!

One of my favorite meals in Brooklyn so far! Everything was on point! The antipasti was a hit! The pasta was to die for. The gelato was delicious. I would highly recommend making a reservation but if you’re lucky, you always try to walk in.

Finally snatched a reservation at @misinewyork and oh my everything was so delicious! The ricotta crostini is a must! Not only was it super cute, but the whipped ricotta on crunchy crostini was heavenly. The mushrooms on a separate plate were great as well. Both pasta were awesome but the chutarra was more memorable for me. The pasta noodles were so fresh and the braised lamb combination is super unique. The gelato to close did not disappoint. It was the most pistachio-tasting gelato I’ve ever had and super yummy! A must get!

Came in on Wednesday and managed to snag a table for Friday night. Bar seating, service was ridiculously good. Some of the best pasta and antipasti I've had too. Definitely at the top end of the price point for me but it felt worth it. Crispy swiss chard, Butter Beans, 30 clove rigatoni, pork strangozze and chick pea parpadelle. All ridiculously good. 3 plates and 3 starters probably too much food, especially with desserts, coffees and drinks too. I would go back, and can understand the hype.

Eating at restaurants like this makes me seriously wonder why more places won't try being a little more innovative or creative with their dishes. Everything was fantastic. Highly rec getting the trumpet mushrooms & whipped ricotta to start. The best dish here was the spinach tortelli without a doubt - this was the best pasta dish I have ever had. The filling was so extremely flavorful and the brown butter sauce was perfectly rich and nutty. The chickpea pasta was the most unique pasta dish I've had but it's a little difficult to finish, definitely needs to be shared. The buffalo butter fettuccine tasted great but paled in comparison to everything else here (still a better simple pasta than I've had almost anywhere else - only beat out by lilia's mafaldini). Worth any amount of effort to get a reservation

Such a great food experience! We got the melon salad and eggplant starter, I got the sheep’s milk ravioli and my friend got the anchovy linguine. Both absolutely brilliant! There is a lot of hype around the sheep’s milk ravioli but our waiter had some other recommendations. As delicious as the sheep’s milk rav was, I’d be open to trying some of the other recommendations and not following the hype - still 10/10 though - devoured. Also amazing service.

Off menu porterhouse steak was cooked perfectly. Although the additional seasoning wasn’t really needed imho. Butter bean side dish was a winner. Pastas we're solid albeit a little salty for our palettes. Ricotta toast hits the creamy and crunchy texture notes, very original. Cool vibe and wine list. 15 min walk from the subway.

Heard that this place is incredibly packed and hard to get a table but we were lucky to get a bar side table when we went during operating hours. Service was great. The pasta was good and they were all hand made. It is really quite different from the original pasta you will find, love the experience

Wow. Just, wow because everything was amazing. The ricotta toasts tasted exactly like it looked, creamy AF, instant favorite. The spinach and mascarpone filled tortellini was served to us by mistake and they let us keep it, and we’re so glad they did because that actually turned out to be our favorite pasta dish! The flavors just bursts and melts in your mouth. Portion size wise, I think two pastas and one starter (if it’s the ricotta toasts) would be the right amount for two ppl dining. Conclusion, Go to Misi if you’re in the area, but also go even if you’re not in the area.
