Great spot for pizza by the slice. I got the crab and vodka, both of which were great. The slices are huge and filled up with toppings. Looking forward to coming again and trying out the namesake. Cash only.

Huge slices to justify the prices. Pizza is great, although the sauce was a bit salty for me. The service was fine when i went, but i have definitely seen it busier. The people inside are nice, and the guy ronnie was awesome to talk to. I will go back.

The pizza here was probably one of the best I’ve had while visiting NYC. The slices were massive and cheap for the amount you get in my opinion. I would 100% recommend this place and come here again while visiting. Loved every bite!

The temperatures in this place can get hot as hell due to the ovens, but that is ok because the experience is rewarding. The lines can get long, but that also serves as a clear indicator that this is a great place. My typical order consists of a slice of crab , margherita, and artichoke pizza, and they are truly delicious!

Finally tried the artichoke pizza even though the name seems a turn off. I had low expecations but it surpassed them all. It's a huge slice for one, but it's also not as bland as I thought. I don't know why it's divisive, maybe because it has such an umami flavor? I'm very used to it so to me it was very delicious, and it's got a nice creamy sauce on it, crust was great too. The only thing I added to it was pepper flakes to give it extra kick I like. Siracha would be better so byob next time. The artichoke hearts are more for texture than flavor, it's kinda like eating a ham/sausage in texture?

Pizza was crispy. But nothing memorable. Just a decent slice. Would definitely return if I'm in the neighborhood.

What can I say, this pace is extremely good!
I had the trio which equals my happiness.
-Vodka square: Very different, not a typical cheese and sauce slice. The flavors were out of this world, good combination on a square slice.
-Margherita square: The sauce I really enjoyed, hit the spot.
-Margherita slices: I really enjoyed this slice, thinner version of the square. Different texture just a really good slice.
I always try to go for the slices that have been sitting the longest in the case and then reheated till very crunchy and my goal was met.

Love the artichoke pizza (although it is super heavy lol) but the other options are kinda mid. Not bad but I've had better pizza

A very solid pizza place! We tried the artichoke, the vodka sauce, the crab pizza, and pepperoni. They were all very well cooked for their different crust-thicknesses. The artichoke pizza was good, though I did almost feel like the artichoke-dip-esque topping was a little overwhelming. Nevertheless, it was still good and quite different—but I was glad to be sharing, since I don’t think I could have finished such a heavy slice.
The vodka sauce slice and the pepperoni slices were excellent; both very flavorful with well-seasoned sauce.
