Shake Shack Flatbush - Barclays Ctr

The staff here are great. The got workers young and old working fast and providing fresh, hot food. The manger was out making sure the place was clean and everyone was getting their order. I had like 5 workers check on me to see what order I was waiting on. It was a bit of a wait but it was a busy Saturday and of course they made our meal fresh so I wasn’t pressed. I applaud the staff though 👏🏼

I ordered the hot menus, my chicken was not spicy, I let the server know, she worked on it immediately. From manager to server, was so professional, what a great set of people. OMG, The food was off the chain DELICIOUS… Love it. Great great service, also they have a great system, not a long wait. Just love ❤️ this place. Thanks for your great service ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I ordered the Smokeshack burger, and it was tasty. Just the right amount of heat and the bacon added nicely to the flavour. I also had a Black & White shake, and it too was delicious. The little bits of chocolate mixed in went nicely with the shake. The restaurant itself was clean and nicely designed. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The only drawback was that between Shake Shack and the Chick-fil-A next door, it's crazy busy with DoorDash and UberEats couriers. I thought a scooter gang were having a meeting out front. The food though... excellent! Recommended!

A bit below other Shake Shack venues, based on my experience of eating there right after Nets game. It was not very crowded but crowded enough to take away any difference between this Shake Shack and other fast food chains. Food was very good, maybe too greasy, but tasty. Shake had too much water in it to my taste.

This review is based on my visit on July 6, 2023 @ approximately 12:00 P.M. Outside the restaurant is full of e-bikes and scooter. You need agility to navigate through. Once inside, there was no queue. Ordered swiftly. Ate in. Paid with 🛜 on my phone. Received a numbered tent. Runner brought my food to my table. Everything was tasty. Ordered a chicken sandwich (Chicken Shack), 🍟 w/ cheese & a large soft drink. While the soft drink is served to you and there is no self-serve soft drink station, there are unlimited refills while you dine in. Just ask the runner for a refill OR go to the counter and ask for a refill. The sandwich was made fresh and was hot and tasty. The 🍟 were also tasty. You clean up after yourself when you dine in. Feel free to tip the runner if you want.
