This is a surprisingly spacious restaurant with the back patio lit by candles. The handmade pasta is delicious- I got the tagliatelle with mushrooms. Their seasonal pear fig gelato was amazing! The waitresses were so helpful and prompt. Highly recommend!
Surprising find in the middle of Brooklyn. While the restaurant is small, their back patio is covered and a great place to enjoy a nice evening dinner al fresco. We asked for extra bread with the steamed mussels, and the sauce did not disappoint! Ate so much bread dipped in the mussel wine sauce that I barely finished 1/3 of my generously portioned squid ink pasta with calamari. Their lamb pasta is very good, too! It's definitely a must go if you're in the Flatbush area.
I consider Cent’Anni a gem in my neighborhood. A cut above the rest for quite some time. The food is always delicious and the staff is super friendly. We love the lasagna. Recently I had the special. The shrimp and crab pasta was creative, so good.
I went here with my friend today and the service was great! The food was delicious. I cleaned the entire plate. Their dessert tasted like heaven. Will definitely come back here!
I’ve been here multiple times before and I’m kicking myself for never having written a review. Cent’Anni is truly a gem. Their backyard is so special and the indoor ambiance is low key and great.
What keeps me coming back is their delicious food! I love their chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy.
This time I got their liver pate crostini for my appetizer. My boyfriend ordered the skirt steak with arugula and Parmesan cheese and the tomato and basil crostini. Everything was delicious as always!
Their service is great too!
The restaurant is easy to miss. Inside the restaurant is bit too dark for me. I used the candle on the table a lot. The calamari was not rubbery. We expected small pieces of bruschetta but it was one big toast we had to cut. I wouldn't mind going back in the summer to see what the space looks like and have the lamb ragu.

The ambiance is very nice. Loved the outdoor seating. The servers were very friendly and attentive.
We wanted to love the food, but we all ordered the squid ink and thought the same thing. It had a lot of pepper, but no other flavor than that.
We saw a lot of good reviews so I’d like to come back again and try a different dish instead to give it another chance since the setting is so nice.
Holy moly. This place knows how to set the mood and gift you an incredible meal to match! The atmosphere that exists in that back patio is something else, feels like you’re not in BK but in Italy. The food though, incredible! Delish! Simple flavors and ingredients that were so divine. I went with two girlfriends, we each got our own entree but shared the kale Cesar, that incredible lemon raspberry gelato tart, and a bottle of bubbly all for $40 each! Like what a steal!
Definitely loved the atmosphere and the vibe. Food could have been a bit better. My friends' meatballs tasted weird. But the fried calamari and dessert were delicious
Delicious Italian food with generous portions & indoor/outdoor seating in Brooklyn! I highly recommend making a reservation because they’re usually busy! They also have an amazing selection of wines! Perfect spot for a date night or drinks/dinner with friends!
