I stopped here once a week and everytime I do it some nightmare. They can never get my order right, in fact this past week I had to send back a coffee... A black coffee... 4 times - after being charged the wrong amount twice. For a single coffee. And then, when I was trying to leave they tried to give me somebody else's order. At that point there was no doubt why the line was out the door when I got there. I'm finding a new Sat morning Dunkin Donuts

Weekdays: awesome real DD coffee! Not burnt or watered down.
Weekends include Friday: weak brew.
Always nice staff, good service, clean. Take out only as of COVID 19.
